By using the Babjee website and mobile application, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions set out herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Babjee and each registered user.

Babjee reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account registration & verification

To register an account on Babjee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Babjee reserves the right to terminate any account registered with incorrect, false, or incomplete details.

What you need to register:

  • Active mobile number (Bangladesh)
  • Valid email address
  • National ID or passport details (for verification purposes)
  • Valid date of birth (to verify age 18+)

One person, one account policy:

Each individual may open only one Babjee account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

KYC verification: For security purposes, Babjee conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.

Keep your account login credentials confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is a violation of the terms.

Age requirement and eligibility

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register an account and play on Babjee. If a person registers using a false age and this is later proven, all winnings associated with that account will be forfeited.

Strict prohibitions: Minors (under 18) are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing on Babjee. We enforce a rigorous policy on child protection.

Ineligible participants:

  • Those who have placed themselves on self-exclusion
  • Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law
  • Individuals previously banned by Babjee

Deposit & payment policy

Important deposit rules:

  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name only
  • Using another person's payment account is a violation of the terms

Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Babjee platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

  • Use of bots, automated software, or hacking tools
  • Collusion betting with other players
  • Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent information
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in games to gain an unfair advantage
  • Threatening or harassing other users
  • Cyberattacks against the platform
Consequences: Any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, full forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Account suspension & closure

Babjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the purpose of investigation.

Reasons for suspension may include:

  • Incomplete KYC verification
  • Suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns
  • Breach of terms
  • Security-related reasons

You will be notified by email if your account is suspended, and you will have the opportunity to appeal. Any valid balance is generally returned once the investigation is concluded.
